Due to a recent system update, each Subversion livestream now runs on its own platform.

Even if you created an account for a previous Subversion livestream, you will need to REGISTER and create a new account to purchase and watch the Subversion 19 livestream. You may use the same email address as before.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email
(please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it).

Each Subversion livestream is a standalone purchase.
Buying a previous event does not grant access to Subversion 19.

HOW TO PURCHASE THE STREAM

1. Once the livestream video appears, click ‘Pay To Watch’
​
2. Click ‘Register’ and enter your name, email address and choose an account password (minimum 8 characters) and click ‘Register’
​
3. Once you have created an account, a pop up window will appear saying 'Your account is ready'. Click 'Continue to checkout'
​
4. A new payment window will pop up. Enter your credit card payment details and click ‘Pay’
​
5. Return to the livestream page and log back into your account if required.
​
6. The livestream will now be available to watch!

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH THE STREAM, THE BEST WAY TO FIX MOST PROBLEMS IS TO CLICK YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER AND LOG OUT.
(IF YOU CLICKED THE STREAM LINK THROUGH INSTAGRAM, YOU MAY ALSO BE LOGGED IN THROUGH THE INSTAGRAM BROWSER WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO LOG OUT OF ALSO.

OUR STREAM PLATFORM IS DESIGNED TO ONLY ALLOW 1X DEVICE TO BE LOGGED IN AT ONE TIME. IF ANYONE OR ANY OTHER DEVICE IS LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE.
