SUBVERSION ANARCHY LIVESTREAM

TROUBLESHOOTING AND HELP PAGE

GENERAL INFORMATION

Each subversion livestream event is ran off it's own platform and link.

Even if you created an account to purchase a previous Subversion livestream, you will need to create a new account to watch the Subversion Anarchy stream.

You can create a new account for this livestream purchase using the same email you used last time.

Each Subversion livestream is a stand-alone purchase. If you purchased a previous livestream, you will need to purchase this new livestream to get access.

Once you have made payment, you will receive an email confirmation invoice.

This may end up in your junk or spam folder.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • If you are experiencing issues with the stream, the best way to fix most problems is to click your account name in the top right hand corner and click log out.

  • Ensure that only 1x device is logged in and playing the stream at any time. If more than one device is logged in, the stream will be stopped for security purposes.

  • Ensure that no one else is logged into your account

  • If you clicked the stream link through Instagram, you may also be logged in through the Instagram web browser which you will need to log out of also. The same applies if you clicked a link though any other external app/ browser.

  • Our stream platform is designed to only allow 1x device to be logged in at one time. If anyone else is logged into your account, or any other device is logged into your account, you will receive an error message and be unable to watch the stream.

  • Another solution is to clear your browser history and cache files on your device.

  • If you are experiencing issues with choppy playback, head to www.speedtest.net and check your internet connection speed. You will need a connection with at least a 5-10Mbps download speed to view the stream. Also, check if your connection is being used elsewhere (ie – someone else in the household using a streaming or gaming service etc.)

If you are still experiencing issues after following all of the above instructions, please email us at info@subversionjiujitsu.com.aualong with a detailed explanation of the issue. The email must include screenshots of the issue as well as a screenshot of your internet speed that was tested at www.speedtest.net

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I created an account and purchased the Subversion stream back in March 2025. Can I sign in using that account?

No. Each Subversion livestream is ran from a stand-alone platform and URL. You will need to create a new account for each stream. However you can register your new account using the same email address as last time.

Can I create a new account to purchase this stream using the same email address that I used when I purchased a previous event?

Yes. As each Subversion livestream is ran from a standalone platform and URL, you can register using the same email address as last time.

I'm getting an error that says - Maximum session limit reached. Please log out from other devices, wait 5 minutes, and try again. How should I fix this?

This can happen if a browser session was closed without properly logging out or opening a second browser and logging in simultaneously. Our anti-piracy system may recognise that the login attempt is coming from the same IP address and in some cases, will permit a second login resulting in an error when attempting to watch the stream.

Log out of your account in any and all browsers and apps and then login in again.

Clearing your internet history and cache then logging in again can also help to fix this issue.

If you followed the livestream link through Instagram, you may find that you are still logged in on the Subversion.Live website, as well as the pop up window that appeared to make payment. If this is the case, you may see the ‘Maximum session limit reached’ error. The best way to fix most problems is to click your account name in the top right hand corner and click log out.

Which devices can I use to watch Subversion live streams?

You can watch Subversion live streams on virtually any device - whether it's a smartphone, tablet, desktop, or laptop, our video player is fully compatible. We recommend using the Google Chrome browser to view the stream.

Can I buy and watch the stream internationally / outside Australia?

Yes, you can. We use Stripe to secure all payments and it accepts Australian and international credit cards. Just make sure your card provider allows online purchases with Australian merchants.

My credit card payment isn’t going through. What do I do?

We secure all payments using Stripe which accepts all major credit cards. Firstly, please ensure you have sufficient funds / balance in your account. If for some reason your card does not work, please try another.

What can I do if the stream won’t load or keeps freezing?

Start by running an internet speed test at www.speedtest.net. For smooth HD streaming, you’ll need a download speed of at least 5–10 Mbps. If your connection is slower, you will need to contact your internet service provider to resolve the issue.

If the issue continues, please send us an email containing your speed test results, any error messages you’ve encountered, and a thorough explanation of the problem.

Am I allowed to share the live stream with others or post it on social media?

No, sharing your account or the stream is not permitted under our terms of service. Doing so violates our policies, and our anti-piracy system actively monitors for this kind of misuse. Users who engage in unauthorised sharing may be blocked from accessing the site or the stream.

Am I allowed to show the live stream in a public venue like a gym or bar?

Our standard license is intended for personal use only. If you want to broadcast the stream in a public space, please reach out to us by email at info@subversionjiujitsu.com.au to ask about obtaining a public performance license.
